• No SMS. The payout has not reached your phone. Move to step 2.

Two things worth ruling out here. Messages sometimes land in a filtered or spam folder on Android, and if you are using a second phone or a dual-SIM handset, the SMS goes to the SIM the money was sent to — not necessarily the phone in your hand.

2. Check the status in the cashier

Log in and open your withdrawal history in the cashier. This is the authoritative record of what your request is doing, and it answers the question that matters: has the money left your DBBet balance or not?

• The request is not there at all. The withdrawal was never submitted — the form probably did not complete. Check your balance, then make the request again following the steps in section 7.
• The request is showing as in progress. It has been submitted and is being handled. Nothing is lost.
• The request shows as completed but no SMS arrived. This is the case to raise with support, with the details in section 6.
• The request was rejected or cancelled. Check whether the balance has come back to your account, and ask support for the reason.

Take a screenshot of this screen while you are on it. It saves you describing it later.

3. The number must match your registered number

This is the one to check before anything else. A DBBet withdrawal has to go to the same M-Pesa number registered on your account. It cannot be paid out to a different line — not a friend's number, not your second SIM, not a relative's phone. If the number you entered is not the registered one, the payout will not complete.

• Compare the number in your withdrawal history against your registered number, digit by digit.
• Check the format is consistent with how you normally enter it, with no stray spaces.
• If you have more than one line, confirm you used the one the account is registered to.

4. Check your profile details

• Your handset. A full message inbox, a phone that has been off, or a period without signal all delay the SMS rather than the money.
• Manual review. Some requests get checked before they are released. That is normal, not a sign anything is wrong.

What none of this justifies is guessing. If your request has not moved, ask — support can see the state of it and you cannot.

6. Exactly what to send support

Send everything in one message. It is the difference between one reply and a week of back and forth:

• The phone number registered on your DBBet account.
• The M-Pesa number you entered for the withdrawal, exactly as you typed it.
• The exact amount in KES.
• The exact date and time you submitted the request, to the minute.
• The status shown in your withdrawal history, plus a screenshot of that screen.
• Any error message, word for word.
• Whether an M-Pesa SMS arrived — and if one did, the transaction code from it.
